I'm a 'one week old' downloader of NeoOffice 2.1 patch 1 installed on a 1.66 Ghz Intel with OSX 10.4.9. I'm a refugee from Mariner Calc but I have one, apparently insurmountable, problem - I can't print from Calc.

My spreadsheets are not web-posted but consist of three (printable) sheets :- Income, Expenditure & Sheet 3 consisting of pie charts and summaries of Sheets 1 & 2.

Only sheet 3 will print. I've mouse-highlighted the data on 1 -sheet 3 prints. I've set print range for Sheet 1, Sheet 3 prints. Preview will only show Sheet 3. It's firmly glued there. I've trashed NeoOffice preferences-only sheet 3 will print and it's still firmly glued in Preview.

It seems hell bent on riding its own rails. In the N.O. Selection Box that appears after the Mac Print Box I've tried all combinations of "suppressing blank pages" etc. And it makes no difference what I click in the succeeding box -"Print All" or "Print Selection" Sheet 3 is the only thing that will print. It is a very attractive sheet but it has its limits.

Where, oh where, am I going wrong ? I will be grateful for any help

Welcome to NeoOffice and to Trinity Forums!

I'm wondering if you have at some point set the print ranges for this document.

Try the following and see if it changes anything.

Select one of the other sheets (say sheet 1)
Go to Format>Print Ranges>Edit
Check and see what if any print ranges you have defined.

If you have any defined try deleting all of them by
Format>Print Ranges>Delete

Now try the Print Command and see what sheets will print.

If that doesn't solve the problem then try this
Select one of the sheets (again we'll say sheet 1 for now)
Highlight the cells from the sheet that you want to print
and go to Format>Print Ranges>Define

Click outside of the selected area to deselect the cells

Now go to File>Print and see what prints.

Thank you very much for your welcome and suggestions.

I tried your suggestions - to no avail. However, when I copied & pasted the data on the three Calc sheets onto a new, empty, Calc spreadsheet - wait for it....everything works perfectly. Each page Previews and all print as they should.

So, it's a relief. But it is so good to know that this forum exists. As a newby NeoOffice user no doubt I'll be back.

With renewed thanks,
