Hi!
I think one thing that helps new users with any program is it's pre canned content from which to base your own content. I'd like to suggest, and even donate some $$$ to a project to develop classy templates for the entire Neo Office suite.
It's quite an undertaking, but heck, this needs to be done to impress new users enough to adopt it as their favorite Office Package. I like the suite, and think it has great commercial potential. I tried to suggest to Apple to adopt it as a newer Office Worx, but I couldn't get the message posted. They should at least bundle it with the new OS X 10.5.

Since NeoOffice is based on OpenOffice.org, any OOo template will work with NeoOffice. Take a look at this page in the wiki for links to lots of template resources.

To add to Andy's recommendation, I would like to add that including Templates with NeoOffice would increase the size of the download, and who would pick which templates (there are some many available) get included.
I think you will be surprised at the Templates available, from other sources.
I have used some that I found on the Template Resources NeoWiki page and was quite happy.
Hope that NeoOffice fulfills your needs.
