Neo office suddenly crashed down while I was trying to insert a new formula into my academic paper(worked on it over 4 weeks now).
After I tried to reopen the file, neo office asked for a recorvery and after that I had to find out that all pages are empty. Everything gone.
I checked in the backupfiles and all the files there consist of 0kb.
How can that happen?
Is really everything gone or is there a possibility to restore?
If anyone could help, that be very nice.

If you closed this empty window and, here'e the important part, did not save the empty window, your last save should still be on disk. Quit NeoOffice and just go to the Finder and drag the original file to the NeoOffice icon.
But if you saved the empty window, it will have overwritten your last save.

thanks for your fast reply, but unhappily it's not working.
How can that be that like all the backup data from like yesterday, two days ago and so is empty? Why is it saving empty data?
