How to remove?

How do i remove this line? dont know what it is?

It seems that a border has been added to the line.
Click on the header 371, the go to Format > Cells > Border and in the Line arrangement, choose "No border" by clicking on the square to the left under "Default". Click OK.

These two lines look like the page boundaries that are displayed when you do a Page Preview ... do they disappear if you close then reopen the file ?

Looks like page boundaries to me to.
