No. Please read the description of the New Features Program here to get an understanding of how funding for new features works.
Essentially, NeoOffice acts as a charity by providing a free alternative to MS Office on the Mac. As such, we don't implement massive new features in the hope that we can recoup the cost by selling the product. Instead, users donate and we provide what we can with such donations.
In your case, I don't know how much it would cost to implement your feature request, but I do know that US$100,000 would probably be the minimum amount to do so and it could very likely be more. Given that past new features requests have not even come close to getting fully funded, your feature request's odds of getting funded by other people is pretty close to nil.
