Hello. I'm a first timer. I purchased NeoOffice yesterday and I get nothing when I click on Samples under templates and documents. Any advice? thanks. UncleSal |

Purchased? I hope that is a typo and you didn't pay some third party for NeoOffice. We do have a donation request on the download page, but that is totally optional and are used to support providing NeoOffice for free.

Welcome to NeoOffice, UncleSal.
NeoOffice does not come with pre-installed templates. Presumably the "samples" option is there because some versions of OpenOffice.org or Star Office come with sample templates.
There are, however, lots of samples and templates available on the web. For some links to templates, see the "Sources of document templates" or This page of our wiki.. The wiki is a good source of information on using NeoOffice.

thanks people. And yes, it was a donation made directly when I downloaded but I didn't want you to sound like a charity case (ha ha). Thanks for the info. UncleSal |
