|
I am having problems printing the grids in calc. I have defined the print area as well as checking the "print grids" box. But when I print only some of the grids are printed. It is missing some of the internal grids as well parts of the outsiode of the grid. Any suggestions? |

This is Bug 1856, which is an OpenOffice.org bug related to the printing of lines with a .05 width. Fixing OpenOffice.org bug is beyond the scope of the NeoOffice project.
A workaround is to assign the printing area borders with a width greater than .05. |

Bug 1856 was reported against Aqua Beta 3 (based on OOO 2.0.3) and has been fixed in OOo 2.0.4 (see Issue 61324). I think you are referring to another bug (which, IIRC, is not an OOo bug but a Java bug). I'll see if I can find it. |

Samwise is correct. I fixed the Java width of printed lines bug (I cannot remember which bug it is) a few patches ago.
Has the original poster installed the latest patch? We are at Neo 2.1 Patch 7.

I think Lorinda was referring to bug 1856 (she probably never came across the other bug). However, as I mentioned in my previous post, this bug has been fixed since OOo 2.0.4.
This issue is probably related to bug 2236. |

Sigh...that's what happens when I try to answer too quickly....
I remembered the .05 bug, but forgot that it had been fixed, and didn't bother to reread the bug report once I found one I remembered. My apologies. |
