Have been running my head against this problem. It would be great to be able to switch between documents (when more than one is open) with a keyboard shortcut. The help file claims that f6 should do this job, but on my Macbook, F6 is the numlock key. I've gone through the Tools-Customize-Keyboard feature to look for the macro that switches windows but can find nothing obvious. Does anyone know how to do this?

It looks like F6 is not a customizable key; it's greyed out in the list of my customize window. I presume that MacBooks have a fn key (on my iBook it is just to the left of the ctrl key). If so, you can hold down the fn key and press F6 for the same effect. (or you can change things in system preferences to that the fn key activates the numlock and related functions of the function keys) Note however, that F6 (or fn-F6) does not cycle between open windows/documents. Instead, it cycles through the open toolbars and/or subwindows like the data sources subwindow.
To move between documents/ separate windows, he standard Mac Command-` to cycle between open windows in an app works in NeoOffice.

Note that if your 'home' language is not US English (or you're using an external keyboard), the key may be a different one from cmd-`, like cmd-§ for example. So if cmd-` doesn't work, experiment a bit at the left end of your keyboard!

The appropriate keyboard shortcut for changing windows within an application can be found in the Finder help.
Got to Finder menu Help > Mac Help, then Index, K (for Keyboard Shortcuts, or the appropriate term in your language), Shortcuts for windows, Activate the next window in the active program (all translated from German, so it could be slightly different).
