One of the reasons I am switching from MS Office to NeoOffice when I switch work over to the Mac is that I need the set of available dictionaries in NeoOffice/OpenOffice. Particularly for RTL languages. I assume I am not alone in this since MS office does not support RTL on the Mac at all.
When you build-in OS X speller integration, will you leave the the option of using standard OpenOffice spell checking including add-in dictionaries?
I would like to ask that you please leave this option.

What do you mean by when? This has already been done in NeoOffice 2.2.1 Early Access.
In NeoOffice 2.2.1 Early Access, the native spellchecker is used if it supports your language. If not, it will use the standard OpenOffice.org spellchecker.
