|
I am a newbie to Mac, Neo and this forum! I have searched but to no avail. How do I save documents to a folder within a folder? When I wish to save I can find the 'documents' folder... but I am taken no further, so cannot save to a folder within the 'documents' folder. Hope someone can help me... Many Tx! where should I have searched for this information? the Help file could not assist... |

I assume that you already have created subfolders within your Documents folder. If my assumption is correct, you probably are seeing the Save dialog in "collapsed" mode. To uncollapse the dialog, click on the button to the right of the text field where you enter the file name. This button should have an arrow on it.
Hope that helps,

thank you pluby...perfect! I didn't expect to find the drop down arrow there... I was expecting (and wanted) to see it to the right of the 'documents' drop down... I knew there HAD to be a simple answer... |
