This is a known bug in NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice.org code. Fortunately, the bug has been filed in OpenOffice.org's bug tracking system as bug 59891. When OpenOffice.org eventually fixes it, NeoOffice will get the fix as soon as we upgrade our code to use the version that fixes the bug.
