The two features that are preventing me from using Impress instead of Powerpoint are:
1) Increase/Decrease Font Size Buttons - If you write lots presentations like I do, the ability to select a group of text (like a bulleted list) and be able to increase/decrease all the font sizes at the same time (but relative to each other) to the next interval is extremely useful.
2) The lack of anti-aliased graphics in impress really makes presentations look ugly on the screen. |

While the AA graphics are an issue (OOo itself doesn't do AA and wants precise pixel positions for all paths for XORing and other graphics goodness) the font size buttons seem to me like something that you may be able to program via macros. FWIW I've been diving more into that as of late and there should be enough to get the selection iterator for presentations, but I'm not sure about tweaking the fonts. If you want a starting point for looking into this yourself, there's the ooomacros site which has some very helpful examples.

How wrong is it that I keep reading that as "whoring"?
