In OOO 1.0.3 and Neo/J, the program would remember the window size an position from a previous invocation.

For example, I prefer to zoom the window to full screen (using the green jellybean). Previously, once I did this the first time and quit OOO, it would always start in fully zoomed size.

OOO 1.1.2 does NOT appear to do this.

Also, would prefer if OOO starts with a blank word document rather than no document at all.

The starting with empty screen vs. blank word document was a choice on the part of the OOo design team. It's the same on all platforms and isn't unique to OS X. I'd go complain to IssueZilla on the OOo site Smile The best way to "recreate" the old behaviour would be to use the template approach...create a blank sxw file and double click that to open OOo.

As to the window size, I am unsure but it also may similarly be by choice. There were no explicit changes for window positioning, sizing, or types for OS X that are different from the 1.1 code on other platforms.
