Maybe I'm doing something wrong... but every topic in the "Help" section of NeoOffice is blank. The help menu opens up, I select a topic but on the right side of the screen where the information should appear is either a push button or a series of boxes.
Otherwise, I am pleased with NeoOffice and even made a donation in hopes that the computer gods will look favorably upon me and open up the tree of knowledge (help). |

Have you installed the latest NeoOffice patch - Patch 11 - from the NeoOffice patch download page?

Wow! I thought I had downloaded it but due to my inexperience re: Mac -Apple-NeoOffice - you name it - apparently I hadn't.
Very much obliged and now my learning curve which had looked like a dead man's EKG has experienced a slight spike. Thanks again. |

Another "Help" problem. probably related.
I do have Patch 11 installed.
Clicking on Help" in the top of the screen with a Text document open doesn't work.
I see a search window, which will search MacHelp but not NeoOffice Help.
Below this is a list of 5 items, from "NeoOffice Help" to "Check for Updates..."
Clicking on any of them only makes the search window and list disappear.
How can I access "NeoOffice Help"?

You might just try to quit and relaunch NeoOffice.

| You're probably experiencing bug 2922. It's fixed in the latest test patch, and the fix will be included in the upcoming NeoOffice 2.2.3 release. |
