FYI. Ed and I have finished updating the www.neooffice.org web pages for the upcoming NeoOffice 2.2.3 release. We have posted the pages here on our test server so if anyone can help translate any of the localized pages, it would be a great help.
Note that you will need to login using "wwwtest" as the user name and password to the site. This site is password protected to prevent search engine's from indexing our test pages.
Please note that there is no deadline for translation. It is no problem to post translations after NeoOffice 2.2.3 is released as I can update the website text fairly easily.
Lastly, if you feel more comfortable editing PHP files directly with a text editor, send me a PM and tell me which language you are translating and I can send you a tar.gz file with all of the PHP files in it.

I seem to have missed a bit in my translations...
On the page http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/nl/features.php
"and is used by over half a million people worldwide."
should be
"en wordt wereldwijd door meer dan een half miljoen mensen gebruikt."
On the page http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/nl/faq.php
"bemand"
should be (in the interest of gender neutrality)
"bemensd"
On the page http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/nl/donate.php
"Doneer aan NeoOffice maandelijks donatie bedrag" (a button)
should be
"Doneer bedrag maandelijks aan NeoOffice"

Note that the English says "office software" instead of "office suite" as the latter makes Google think that NeoOffice is an office furniture supplier.

You can replace "suite" with "logiciel de".
However, "bureautique" is more precise than the English "office", in that it is only used in a computer-related context (AFAIK); therefore it cannot be mistaken for "bureau" (an actual, physical "office"). |

Sorry. Since you changed "suite" to "logiciel de", you should also change "financée" to "financé", "une" to "un" and remove "complète", like this:

If someone can suggest a French translation for "playing a video file's soundtrack", please post it. Also, knowing the French name of the Image Capture application would help (although I can check that later).
Edit: While we're at it, why not suggest a possible translation for "Command-clicking"? I'm having difficulty translating this one. |
