I have a problem running the patch program, After startup the continue button is grayed out
I have NeoOffice 2.2.3 patch 0
I downloaded patch 6
I get an dmg file on my dsekto and finder opens
I double-click on the pkg file
The installation program starts
The continue button stays grayed out ( for an hour now)
When this happens, it usually indicates that Apple's installer tool is hanging. This hanging occurs when Apple's installer tool tries to access a remote volume and that remote volume is unresponsive.
To test if this is the case for you, quit the installer and try the following:
1. Double-click each remote volume on your Desktop and verify that a new Finder window opens for each and that Finder window. If only an existing Finder window moves to the front, then that remote volume is inaccessible and you will need to unmount it in the next step.
2. Unmount any inaccessible remote volumes by dragging them to the Trash. This will take some time as Mac OS X will show the spinning beach ball cursor for about 2 minutes while it tries to contact the inaccessible remote volume.
3. After any inaccessible remote volumes are unmounted, rerun the patch installer.
