Well, if I were running your installer and happened to have 10 dmgs on my desktop at the time, I'd be a bit fed up if they all got opened . One of the good things about the NeoOffice project is its policy of keeping itself within its own boundaries (e.g. not registering MS Office filetypes to itself, only its own filetypes). It's good manners to keep installer activity constrained to just the app it's meant to install.

So do you have anything else to add on- or should I start with the suggestions you put up? |

Why do we need to do all this extra stuff at the end for mounting the dmg? The automator action finds all dmg files on the Desktop and mounts them. |
Ah, the workflow I was looking at listed only the specific Intel 2.2.4 disk image file by name. Perhaps this might be some type of difference in the Finder actions between 10.4 and 10.5?
In any case, I think the above extra step of making the disk image explicit should take care of the single fetched disk image for both architectures.

Oh, for the terminal commands I can't think of anything extra...I think that series should be enough to get the right image for each platform and then shuttle the image name off to the next action.

We just got the e-mail.
Ed,
Can you take a look at it and once you and rab777hp are happy with how things work, we can figure out where to put it on our download site?

Nope. Can you resend right now? Maybe it was getting caught in my SPAM filter.

Hey there! I just want to let you know that I did see your message and I'll take a look at it probably tomorrow evening. I stupidly am trying to clone my main development startup disk and encountering some problems...man it takes a long time to copy 250 GB over one of those USB dongles!
