Greetings and keep up the good work (and love the toolbar icon sets now!)

I'm using NeoO 2.2.3 patch 5. I originally imported a RTF document into NeoWrite and completed the balance of the writing as a ODT file. I saved it as a RTF file which I realized was laced with missing characters and words and spaces. I even did a compare document with it to re-confirm this. I opened the same ODT file in OOo 3.00 and saved it as a RTF file which had no errors. It appears that there's a bad ODT into RTF translation flaw in NeoOffice in this situation. Where can I e-mail you the ODT file to examine?

best wishes,

Have you tested this with OpenOffice.org 2.2.1 (on which NeoOffice 2.2.x is based)?

If the same issue occurs in OOo 2.2.1, then it's an OpenOffice.org bug; if it has been fixed in OOo 3.0, the fix will be included in NeoOffice 3.0…

BTW, you can upload files to BugZilla after submitting a new bug.

If you upload the file, we can check for you if it is an OpenOffice.org 2.2.1 bug that got fixed in 3.0.

Also, more details about the planned NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access release dates are available here.
