Help in this thread so far did not work for me.
However, I found I can print multiple label pages by inserting a page break at the bottom of the page. Then, after having inserted the field codes and formatting in the first cell on the first page but before doing the Synchronize Labels, select All, do a Copy, and then at the bottom of the page do a Paste. Repeat the Paste for a third page or more. When you have enough pages for your job, then populate the cells with the Data to Fields button (looks like a stack of 3 bricks with a white flag flying). Now when you print, you will get the multiple pages.
I found that the bottom row of each page was truncated on my printer (iMac to an HP inkjet). However, if I print a Preview (which launches Mac's Preview app) and print from the Preview app, everything prints nicely.

This is a surprise to me. Is it possible that the Preview application is scaling down the print output so that when it prints it fits the paper?
