I appreciate all of the help that many of you do. To me, this forum site has grown to be a special place and I am continually surprised at the number of people who stop by on each day. For that I am very thankful.

It is tomorrow (Thursday), but it's not unusual to wish people Happy Thanksgiving the day before, on the expectation that you won't see them on the actual day. Unfortunately, that custom doesn't always translate well into our virtual world, where some of us may be online checking in here tomorrow and others may not

I sent it a day early because i had off and having a bottle of wine, cooking a couple of things from the garden - a nice veg. soup and homemade noodle, and planning my [completin of] vineyard stuff today. (I planted a vineyard and also make my own wine and used to - ales and porters.) Tomorrow I cook everything - homemade rolls and bread, and apple pie from our orchards, and other stuff. so today was the best time to do it. sorry if i blew people away!
