I've been having some problems with Neo Office, so went to your support page for the first time, and it said to make the java test. I did that and this is the response. Since this result was not on your list, and given that the test did not return a blank page, what do you suggest I do?? Thank you so much for your help!

I did perform steps 1, 2 and 3 before I performed step 4.
Do you have another suggestion?
Thanks |

This error means that Java cannot find the Test.class file. Since you set "-classpath" to "." Java is going to look for the Test.class only in the folder that you are currently in. So, is there a Test.class file in the current folder? If not, is it in a different folder? If it is in a different folder, copy the Test.class file to the current folder and rerun the Java command.

I do not know what else to do except follow the four steps outlined for the java test.
Should the "cd" folder be opened before giving the command line in terminal?
Should the test.java file also be open before pasting the command in the terminal window?
I really don't know what to do.
My software is up to date and I have downloaded the patch for Neo Office so I am running Neo Office 2.2.5 patch 6, and am using MacOS X v. 10.5.6
Help, again, please.... |

Can I ask what the problem you are having with NeoOffice? Is it not launching? Or is there a different problem?
I ask this because we may be able to give you easier steps to troubleshoot the problem.
