Dear fellows: I've been experiencing a problem whenever I try to output pdf (same thing was happening with v. 2.2.5), no matter what settings I use, the program just don´t print even pages in the pdf output.. Can you help me please?

In Neo 3.0, go to File > Printer Settings and make sure that in the "Pages" checkbox group you have both "Left pages" and "Right pages" checked.

You may also want to check the options in your printer's own print dialog. Some printers offer a "duplex" or "dual-sided" option that may have gotten enabled and may not be specifically supported by your actual printer.

If Ed's suggestion does not work, can you try the following steps?:

1. When you select File :: Print or press the Print toolbar button and the native print dialog appears, press the Preview button, not the Print button.

2. The Preview application should open and display your print output. Does Preview display your print output correct?

3. If Preview displays your print output correct, press the Print button in the Preview application. Does the printer display the output correct or do you see the same problem as you got when printing directly from NeoOffice?

If the answer is yes to step 2 and you get the same problem in step 3, then your printer driver software is where the bug is. What is happening is that NeoOffice's outputs PDF, the Preview application displays the PDF and when you press Preview's (or NeoOffie's) Print button, the PDF is sent to your printer driver software. Your printer driver software, in turn, tries to convert the PDF into whatever format your printer uses. It is in this last step that the problem is occurring.

If this is the problem, can you tell us what printer model you have?
