I just signed up to NOM (yum!) - but it took me a few confused clicks to work out that on the website, 'Sign Up' is not the page from which you can sign up... it's just an information page, and to actually sign up you have to click on 'Log In'. So I'm wondering whether those are the best names for those buttons in the web navigation bar? Or at least, the Sign Up page should tell you where to go to sign up.

You may not have tried clicking on that link in the NeoOffice Mobile client in NeoOffice. When clicking on the link there, you go straight to signup page. The only time that you see those signup instructions is when coming from a web browser or web-enabled mobile device.

The reason that we did not put a direct link to the signup page in the web interface was that since Early Access Program members should be the only ones who have the ability to publish files, we would have the signup page focus on those steps first. Otherwise, lots of search bots and spammers will be trying to create accounts in the hopes of posting spam into the system.

Thanks - i was following your link from the release announcement at the top of this forum. As I didn't have an account yet, it was showing the Sign Up etc. version of the nav bar.

I understand why you've set it up this way, it just threw me at first. I don't know if many people will come at it from the same direction I did anyway.
