Hello WHOMEVER,
New to this forum, however like(d) my NeoOffice capabilities. Dor the life of me I can not figure out how to remove this window from my screen when I open my NeoOffice program. It says it is a "Document Recovery" window and shows that there are two 'untitled documents' that are 'not recovered'
Then it says to push the 'start recovery process' button (ofwhich I have none) and I'm stuck.....

The problem that you are likely seeing is that your machine's screen size is too small for the entire Document Recovery window to display and, as a result, the buttons at the bottom of the window are falling off the bottom edge of the screen.
To work around this situation, you can use the keyboard. Press the Return key to click "OK" and press the Escape key to close the window. You can also close the window by pressing the small red button in the window's titlebar.
Does that allow you to get close the Document Recovery window?
If so, can you verify that have the latest version of NeoOffice by selecting the Help :: About NeoOffice menu and tell us what version and patch are displayed? I ask this because usually the Document Recovery window appears after NeoOffice has crashed and older versions of NeoOffice contain crashing bugs that I have fixed in the latest versions.
