The new NeoOffice text document icon, while clever, is confusing. It looks too much like TextEdit's icon for .rtf documents at all but the largest sizes on the screen.
This is causing me some fumbling around when looking for documents in the Finder.
My suggestion: make the galleon (ship) much larger against the text background.
This is just my Euro 0.015.
