Jumpback seems to be not back Very Happy and there's some speed improvement as you said, even I didn't notice the slowdown until I read about it... it wasn't a big issue for me, nothing compared to jumpback.

FYI. I have included the menubar speed improvement in NeoOffice 3.2 Patch 2 which can be downloaded from here.
