Ed and I rewrote part of the main website's support page to better describe the fact that $100 donors get direct support from the NeoOffice engineers as the previous wording was vague and made it sound like you only get to post to a user forum.

If anyone can translate the following, I will promptly post your translations to the main website. Note: I have underlined any text that is a link on the main website.

Direct support from the NeoOffice engineers

While many software products offload support to community forums that are not staffed by software engineers, the NeoOffice engineers believe in a different approach: the NeoOffice engineers handle all support requests directly. By working directly on support problems, in many cases we can fix critical crashing and hanging bugs as fast as possible. Since Patrick Luby and Edward Peterlin are the only engineers available that have the skills to work on the NeoOffice code, we can only provide support to users who have donated US$100 (or €70 or £60 or CA$100 or AU$100 or ¥8334) or more within the last year.

Users who have donated US$100 (or €70 or £60 or CA$100 or AU$100 or ¥8334) or more within the last year can post in any of our NeoOffice forums. After you post a question or bug in our NeoOffice Support forum, the NeoOffice engineers will handle your support request directly.

Also, we updated the donor services part of the donations page:

...

There is also a yellow box at the top that need a little tweaking because the first sentence is incomplete:

Quote:

And the twitter link is not translated:
