Hello,

first, let me say, that you make great job and thanks to Neooffice, we in Czech have first completly localized office suite for Mac OS X - i dig localization files from OOo/X11 version, because they are not part of Neooffice (yet Wink, and same with help files. I started to cooperate with local locazation group for OOo and we belive that Neooffice, even in it still labelede as Alpha, will be part of every sold Mac here soon.

When i played with localization, i found, that i'm not able to change interface localization from Get info pane in Finder, because Neooffice.app and all subfolders have little bit bad rights - it should be "read and write" for admin group, not just read - just like other apps for Mac OS X have.

This complicates every changes in Neooffice.app and makes not possible to change laguages through Get info pane (i used Mac OS X with english interface and with English set in fist place in International pane in System Preferences for compatibility reasons, but i would like to have czech interface for Neooffice.)

Editet: i realized existence of bugzilla, so i fill this problem there.

I set everything to writable causes very bad things to happen. Much of the OOo code seems to assume that you are using a non-shared installed when the files are writable and, as a result, will start writing user-specific data to the shared files. In many cases, this will render the Neo/J unusable for any other user on a machine.

However, since the OOo code does not use any of the stuff in the Contents/Resources folder. I verified that if I chmod 775 the Contents, Contents/Resources, and its *.lproj subdirectories, I can edit the languages in the GetInfo pane.

I will add this chmod command to the patch installer.

One more "rights" question - i found, that i can install spellchecker shared "for everyone" just when i'm running NeoOffice loged as root (even sudo-ing doesn't help here), as admin i can install it just for actual user - acording to instalation read me, i need to have rights for some folder and file
<OOo>/share/dict/ooo
<OOo>/share/dict/ooo/dictionary.lst
is it possible to make this writable too, so user can install shared spelcheckers without need to login as root?

Thanks
