I finally gave up trying to use NeoOffice on my Mac. I want to stop contributing monthly to support the program. How do I do that? Thanks.

You need to cancel your subscription by logging in to your PayPal account. Go to "My account" > "Profile" > "My money" > "My pre-approved payments" > "Update" to see a list of recurring payments, and cancel those you no longer wish to maintain.
Go to PayPal help centre and search for "How do I cancel a subscription?" to see a walkthrough guide.

In addition to djpimley's steps, you can cancel your monthly NeoOffice payment by clicking on a recent NeoOffice payment in your PayPal account's My Account :: Overview page. This will display the details of that payment and you should see a link to the PayPal subscription number. Click on that subscription number link and the page that appears should have a "cancel subscription" button.
