|
When I right click on an XLSX spreadsheet and click Open With NeoOffice.app it does pulls up a blank writer page but does not open the XLSX spreadsheet. I can open it with Calc if I do it through NeoOffice File>Open, but wonder is there is anything I can change to make the right click feature work. |

I cannot reproduce the behavior that you see.
Does the same problem occur with the attached test.xlsx file?

Well, sorry for the fire drill because yours works correctly and my previous one does too. Go figure. I will let you know if it pops up again. My apologies. |

Does logging out or rebooting fix the problem? I ask this because it seems to me that OS X is launching NeoOffice as expected. But for some unknown reason OS X is not sending a native "open document" event to NeoOffice.
If logging out or rebooting does not fix the problem, can you make a copy of the document in the Finder and tell us if opening the copy has the same problem?
If the copy has the same problem, would you be able to post your document?

Ignore my previous post. For some reason I read your "my previous one does too" statement and though "my previous one does not".
