NeoOffice 1.2 release announcement

Well, on account of all of us being terribly busy of late, we never got an announcement drafted to send out in a massive PR campaign for 1.2

In the "better-late-than-never" world, I've very quickly put together what I'm calling a "condensed-and-updated version of the 1.1 announcement" for use in promoting 1.2. It's the quick work of one (tired) guy, so it's not nearly as nice and polished as our month-long joint effort for 1.1 was, but it's something to send out.

I've sent it to MacInTouch, and I hope that others will help propogate it elsewhere--those with access to the Community Relations account can use that, and others via submission forms or simply personal emails to the submission address with a "on behalf of the NeoOffice Community Relations team" line at the end.

1) If you do need to provide an official email address, community at neooffice dot org is the one
2) If you're submitting to a language-specific site (e.g. "Le Mac francophone") you can use the language-specific www.planamesa.com/neojava/XX/ link, but if it's an English site, please use the langauge-agnostic version, www.planamesa.com/neojava/
