Hi guys,
I'm a new user of the great NeoOffice/J! Is there someone who is working on a restyling of the application? I would propose my collaboration but I don't know who to ask.
Thank you

if i may give a short answer, the near-term efforts are to redesign the icons so the program looks better. actually redesigning the way the program looks is a far way off.

HI, sorry for the late... I think the NeoOffice layout is good but for me is too much "old" styled. With a different texture behind (like the delicate Mac OS X grey stripes?) and new icons it would look great. Last month I deleted MS Office from my Powerbook and I started using Neo OfficeJ. At the moment I have no problem. It's a great software.
Thank you

Just for an idea of where we hope to be in the NeoOffice/J 1.5 or 2.0 releases: How NeoOffice/C looked, when it didn't crash.
Obviously, we're going to get some great Mac (rather than GNOME) icons from the new GUI team, and Ed will hopefully fix all the clipping and tiling problems he and Dan had in the past, plus get the toolbars native and detached, too.
And one day maybe the folks at Sun who run OOo will realize the need for the core infrastructure changes needed to implement the Mac "feel," too...you know, maybe in OOo 10
