Hi , I've just installed NeoOffice (french version) , I was never asked if I would like it to be my default software to open Microsoft Word or Excel documents but NeoOffice has chosen to do it ; how can I disable this ? Thanks .

Like with other applications: right click on the file in finder, select Get Info, then Open With and choose the application you want this kind of files being opened with. Then click on Change All. by this all .doc files (if that is a .doc file) will open with the application you choose. Then repeat the same with Excel and otehr MS office files. This method worked for me usually.
