I was prompted as usual when I open Neoffice to download the last pacth, but this time it said that I had to download first the release candidate version. What is it?
Thanks

I have moved your post to the NeoOffice/J Support forum. You posted to the OOo X11 Support forum which is a different product.
The Neo/J Release Candidate version is available here:

BTW, the reason you have to download the Release Candidate to apply the patch is because each "release" of NeoOffice/J 1.1 has been based on a different OpenOffice.org 1.1.x codebase (i.e., alpha was 1.1.2, beta was 1.1.3, rc is 1.1.4), and there are numerous internal changes that make them incompatible with each other where the patches are concerned.
