Neo 1.2 prefs and non-English folder names

Looking over your collective shoulders at bug #1167 it occurred to me to wonder whether the import of preferences from 1.1 takes into account that in non-English OSX environments, ~/Library/Preferences (and other system folders) may be called something different?

This may be completely irrelevant, of course (i.e. maybe you've got internationalisation completely covered, and even with a z). I'm musing here - it just that as some of the people having difficulty getting Neo 1.2 working are not native English-speakers, my stochastic senses are tingling (either that or I'm being tickled by a Roter Hering...)
