I am a newbie to both Macs and Neooffice and am looking for a bit of help.
Have designed a letterheading which has a small graphic (from a file) in the TLHC. When I print the document, the graphic doesn't print although the border I put around it does.
Have checked that the 'print graphics' box is ticked but still nothing.
Perhaps someone would tell me what I'm doing wrong.

How often do you suggest one looks for updates/patches?
When Neo is in an Alpha, Beta, or Release Candidate state, patches are often released on a weekly basis. When Neo is in those states, its built-in Patch-Check is enabled and it will check for new patches once a week (if you're online when you launch Neo).
You can also check the Release Notes page in the wiki, which is updated with each patch. But the best way to stay informed, if you don't mind an extra email, is to subscribe to the NeoJUpadates listserv, on which Patrick publishes notices of new patches and changes (subscription instructions can be found on the above-referenced wiki page).
Welcome!

However, patches can be released on a daily basis (and this has happened).
