Sorry, I was too curious to see what comes next - I didn't want to inflict this on someone else's topic, though. Plus I like a good pun ,and need some light relief after the slashpuppie experience.

**edit** anomaly, huh? Whatever... (vout...)

There is a topic somewhere going into the different post requirements and ranks....it's probably the only thing I've organized here that's really "Matrix" world-derived. The system's set up to automatically iterate through titles, but I guess some of them are a bit skewed since I just added them as folk started to surpass the old limits (or new Matrix movies came out...damn, that does date me, no...)

Well, the dictionary sayeth about 'anomaly':

1. Deviation or departure from the normal or common order, form, or rule.
2. One that is peculiar, irregular, abnormal, or difficult to classify.

It's a noble aspiration, and I undertake to rise to meet it.
So here's a haiku I wrote recently, 'cos why not?

lovers fear silence
harmless, yet scorned - like the string
on a banana...

Haha! Well, if it's the time change then it must be some long days...

In Matrix lore The Architect counts "versions" of the matrix by the emergence of the anomalies (essentially, emergences of "The One"). So a previous version of the anomaly is really an ancestor of the one.

Cue Euripides.

Good haiku, though. I don't think I ever actually thought about the little banana strings before, especially in an atristic sense Smile
