Hi,
first of all I would like to thank you for the great job you are doing.
For me neo Office is the best Office Suit on mac. But there is one thing which i would like to report. There is a Persian Language Pack for Neooffice. When you install it, nothing happens. The Language is still english. But there is a Persian Language Pack OOo which works great. Maybe you can create also out of that a Package for Neo Office. Here is the Link.

Do you have Farsi as the top-most language in your System Preferences? That's the most common problem when people report that such-and-such a language pack does not actually work.
If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll take another look at the language pack and see if there's a problem.
