Hm. So it sounds like my problem is an image cache issue, but I thought it might be that so I deleted my image cache and re-launched before I took that screenshot. The plot thickens...

26px symbol shapes:

I can work pretty quick when I give myself a kick! Smile 16px variants to do now. They should be easier - couple of days.

16px variants of symbols and stars:

Ed and Armando:
I've packaged a new version of the NeoOffice Aqua Elements

So now we have a full collection of shapes icons in 26px and 16px sets. I'm still hoping someone will come up with the information to help me solve the mangled new document icon (personally I'm stumped) but failing that, my work here is done!

Quite well done, I should say Very Happy!

Thank you so much for putting in all the effort for a complete set of shapes! There were a lot of them and you've made an intelligent and consistent set from them.

Best wishes and congratulations,
Oscar

Again to echo previous comments- wonderful work being done on the icon theme. Really nice.
I did some digging into the Mime type issue and found the following locations that looked promising (from default Andromeda theme):
res/lx03***.png
res/o**_**_8.png
res/sx03***.png
sfx/res/ln*.png
sfx/res/sn*.png
svx/res/tr104**.png

Yep, there's a fair bit of inefficiency in the current packaging of icons...

However, on testing it seems this is a shortfall of OOo. Currently we always use the res/lx* version and scale from 32px to 22-26px ... so it looks blurry in all themes- yuck! This icon is also used elsewhere, so it's not a quick hack. I will raise an issue over at OOo for this...

Cheers,
Andrew

Actually, most of the icons are made at 26x26 format. At least the ones that I did are. But thanks for scouting Smile.

Best wishes,
Oscar

The lx* icons are definitely 32px. Thanks for your investigation, Andrew.

Here's my smaaaall update:

http://homepage.mac.com/punto_mac/projects/neo/downloads/Akua_Update.zip

Some cleaned-up 16px icons.

I wish to have done more. Sad

Is this Akua icons update ready to go into the Neo 2.1 build? Or should I wait for another update?

Also, I saw that there is an update to the NeoOfficeAquaElements file. Is this file ready to go into the Neo 2.1 build? Or should I wait for another update?

These additions need to be installed in the images.zip with Iconic.

No, that's why I wish to have done more. Sad

No more updates from me. The newest Aqua Elements package contains complete sets of 16px and 26px star shapes and symbol shapes icons, totalling 62 new icons.

Smokey,

Do you have any updates to your "neo2toolbarv10" icons?

Those have all been superseded by icons from Daniel and Armando, or should have; I understood from Armando that his set from before 2.1 EA had all of those icons I formerly provided, as tweaked by either him or Daniel, unless they were included in Daniel's package.

Too...many...icon...cooks Wink
