Sorry, I just posted a bug, with a description and screenshots in Bugzilla. this is with patch 10, 10.4.7 on a G4 Powerbook.

You still need to add the steps to reproduce the bug. I cannot debug something that I cannot reproduce.

The steps are posted in the bug. Basically, all I did was open a Calc sheet and then go to the bottom and move the separator bar (between the Sheet tabs and the horizontal scroll bar). This creates the black line or line of pixels beneath the horizontal scroll bar.

I didn't realise it hadn't been reproduced.

Can you post your bug report number then I can check it's the same steps to reproduce here.

The bug is bug 2031. Maybe someone needs to post a sample document with there steps? I cannot reproduce this bug with an empty spreadsheet at all.

Well, it must be a display bug only. If I open a new Calc spreadsheet, move the bar between the sheet tabs and the scroll bar, I get the black line/pixels below the scroll bar. However, if I save the file, close and reopen, the black line/pixels are gone. So it doesn't look like it would make sense to attach a copy of the file.
I am using 10.4.7 on a powerbook G4, with Java 1.4.2_09.
This doesn't sound like its worth a lot of trouble since its purely cosmetic.

I am aware of this issue and it's not isolated to calc. The problem is that OS X scrollbars are smaller than OOo scrollbars, so it leaves a pixel of "dead space" that isn't being filled properly. It is purely cosmetic and, being so, isn't as high of a priority for me as other issues that affect overall usage.

The fact the "spliti" control is black is something that probalby won't be fixed anytime soon since it's not an actual control; it's something that's specifically drawn by calc. Those kinds of special purpose things are not the kinds of things that we're going to be fixing anytime soon.
