A drawing used to look beautiful, now it is all crooked (note that it was drawn using NeoOffice, and it still works on Open Office).

Please let me know how to send you the file, thank you

The easiest way to send the file is to add a new bug in BugZilla and attach the file to that bug.

Since the document is in .odg format, it was created in NeoOffice 2.0, and stopped looking right in a later release of Neo. Could you specify which release was used to draw the document, and which release made it look "crooked" ?
