I printed today after installing the most recent test patch (7), and I didn't have any problems. (I hadn't encountered any earlier, either, but I hadn't done much printing)

I just ran the photo-intensive presentation I have, and it is no slower, and may even be slightly faster than previous patches. The dissolve and diagonal squares seem faster; box in is still very slow. (not a complaint, just a report).

under patch 6, I noticed a lot of flickering when I tabbed between the font and size drop downs in the formatting toolbar. That has ceased with patch 7. But now, when I tab from the "Apply style" drop down to the font dropdown in the formatting toolbar, the alignment of the text of my document is altered. (left justified shifts to Center, center shifts to left, etc.) I can't be absolutely certain that it is new with patch 7, as I don't tab between those two drop downs very often. Given what Ed said above, maybe this is unrelated, but I thought I should report it. (Let me know if I should create a separate bug report in bugzilla for it.)

I was only talking about controls within forms...the fixes for form controls like when you would be doing form layout in Base shouldn't affect other toolbar controls in terms of redrawing.

I have confirmed that this same behavior occurs in OpenOffice.org 2.0.3 so it is not a NeoOffice bug.

FYI. Since the last test patch was very stable, I fixed a few other low risk bugs and released Patch 11 for NeoOffice 2.0 Aqua Beta 3. The patch is available from the NeoOffice patch download page.
