NO Beta 3 / 12: NO freezes, if pageformat changed

hello,

have i found a little bug ?:

1) i have a document, with jpg-pictures (linked to the original picture) inside the doc.
2) than i go to [format]/[sideformat] to format the page (borders, ....)
3) i changed the format from portrait to landscape and press ok
4) after that neooffice freezes Crying or Very sad

if the pictures not linked to the original, or no pictures inside the doc, than it's all fine.

my system: apple g5, mac os x 10.4.8 - all updates, ppc, 8gb, NO beta 3, patch 12, german language-pack., java 1.5.0_06

If you can tell me how to create a jpg linked to an external file, I'll see if I can reproduce it on my machine.

Following the same steps on Mac OS X 10.3.9 does not freeze. All behaves as expected.

(Lorinda - there's a small check box in the standard Insert>Graphic window which allows you to opt to link to the file rather than import it into your document.)

Issue may be specific to 10.4.+ or particular user's environment?

I'll be happy to test it on a vanilla 10.4.+ system back in my office on Monday but, on the present evidence, I wouldn't file a bug report yet.

Neo doesn't freeze for me either.

Mac Intel 10.4.8 Neo AB3 P12

It doesn't crash for me, either. NeoOffice AB3 patch 12, 10.4.8 PPC 1.5 gig RAM.

Hi Lorinda,

after several tests i will recall my statement - sorry Wink

after deleting the file "org.neooffice.neooffice.plist" and restart NeoOffice there was no trouble again.
