When I change format to landscape, it works on page preview, but print preview and actual printing keep it portrait. How can I print in landscape?

First, have you installed the latest patch? If not, install Patch 11 from http://www.planamesa.com/neojava/patch.php.

If you have installed the patch, are you setting the paper orientation using the Format -> Page menu item? That setting will always override whatever you set in the File -> Printer Settings menu item.

I set my page as landscape in the Format, Page section and still it doesn't work. I clicked on the link for bug fixes but don't see an option for a Mac. I am completely lost here...

Both links are for Mac, as NeoOffice only runs on Macs.

The current path is 12, but the link Patrick provided will still take you to the right page. Your choices (at the bottom of that page) are for Macs with Power PC Chips (PPC) or Macs with Intel Chips. If you are not sure which you have, go to the Apple Menu on the far right at the top of your screen, and choose "About this Mac." You will get a little window that will tell you, among other things, what speed and type of processor chip you have.
