Hi,
I am the first to admit that I am not a dbase expert. I have used appleworks, access, filemaker, artemis, primavera etc.
I don't understand where to even start with neo office. Would someone please point me in the direction of "Neooffice Dbase for Dummies"?

Thanks

Not surprising - the instructions are not the clearest! But the downloadable OpenOffice user guide (and soon the one completed for NeoOffice) give you a fair bit of info.

There is also a publication called Databases and Mail Merges (for OpenOffice 2.0 and StarOffice 8.0) which you can get through www.getopenoffice.org or openoffice.blogs.com In addition, there are some free bits and pieces available there.

There are several pages on the wiki which might help.
