I am just about to create my first ever presentation with NeoOffice and I am struggling with so-called Organizational chart (you know - boss in a box, subordinates in smaller boxes, all of it joined with lines etc). In the Mcrsft PowerPnt it was easy-peasy. Here's to ask for help. Any experts available?

Welcome to Trinity, Sloth. Hope you enjoy using NeoOffice. The function you are looking for is called "connectors". There's a section on it in Chapter 5 of the draft users guide to NeoOffice, which you can dowload from this site.
