I'm sure you can find several posts on these forums from me telling OPs that the option key doesn't work in NeoOffice (and that it'd be really hard to get it to work, due to Java/OOo design) - and indeed it doesn't - at least not for menu shortcuts.

So my question?

What's different about the arrow keys?

With a graphic selected, the arrow keys move it around the page in big jumps. Hold the Option key down and it moves a pixel at a time.

Strange!

Andy

P.S. Its no big deal, its just something that's been bugging me for a while!

It has to do with sending the option keypress to the native menus (and again, it's only broken in Java 1.5, not 1.4.2).
