Hi,

I'm using this for school admin, seems ok but I can't find some basic stuff in the help.

I - a label template, how do I change the default font across all the cells ?
select all doesn't do it, nor does default font.

2 - the font list is excessive and unnecessary, too many gimmick fonts, which ones can I remove in font book or trash ? I only want it to list a few say helvetica and garamond.

your help appreciated,

thanks

The following Apple tech note has the list of fonts that are shipped with Mac OS X 10.4. Any fonts other than these should be safely removable from Font Book:

In terms of the fonts in labels, here are two articles to check out:

Article #1 includes a section detailing 3 ways to apply formatting (including fonts) to all the cells in a document when Synchronize Content was not checked when creating the labels.
Article #2 discusses supressing blank lines, but it also mentions using the Synchronize Content feature.

I'm away from home at the moment, and the computer I'm using doesn't have Neo, so I can't provide you with more direct instructions at the moment.

The articles above are both written by Solveig Haugland for OpenOffice.org. But the instructions should work fine for NeoOffice. Just remember that a right click is the same as a control-click and if she talks about the control key, you probably need to use the command key on a Mac.
