| Cannot print pdfs either exported or printed from NeoOffice 2.2.2 patch 3 in Adobe Reader 8.1.1. Have re-installed both sets of software. Can print other pdfs created in other programs from Adobe Reader. Running Mac OS 10.4.11. Any help much appreciated. TIA. |

Does the test patch listed at the end of bug 2788 cause any change?

One more thing to try: follow the instructions in this post to ensure that you are running Apple's latest Java 1.5 version. There have been some reports of printing failure when the Java version on your machine is not up-to-date.

| Will try various suggestions. Am actually troubleshooting for a friend, so don't have access to other computer and files at the moment. newbie student who can't afford to make Bill Gate$ happy, but Java might be the problem. Thanks again. |
