No problem. Just let us know when the iconset package is ready.

I assume you'll use the same build script as previously, pulling Smokey's, Armando's and my contributions into images.zip.

Well done again you guys. The spiffy Akua icons have become an integral part of the "look" of NeoOffice now.

I think it's beyond a look, it's a way of life... I've forgotten what the standard or alternative icon sets look like myself, I've gotten so accustomed to the new ones and fallen into them from association with other images throughout the OS Smile

Icon design really is an art. It continually amazes me

Glad to be of service. Now I'll step out of the warm glow of praise so that Armando can enjoy it too. Laughing

Yeah totally, thanks for all the work. You all should bask in the praise as long as possible Very Happy

I mean it's difficult enough to try and design icons that convey their purpose. It's even more difficult totry and match those to the visual cues of a single platform. Yet somehow you guys match it all up and make a friendlier environment for all Mac users. I use Neo every day myself and always enjoy the clarity and consistency of the design.

Bravi. And thank you.

Includes my latest icons and Daniel's.
A problem here: I can´t figure out how to replace these icons:

-lc_grafblue.png
-lc_grafred.png
-lc_grafluminance.png
-lc_grafgamma.png

Sad

Greetings,

In what sense do you mean that? I have seen the icons in images.zip/res/commandimagelist/

If you are using NeoOffice on PowerPC, maybe you are seeing bug 2924. If so, try installing the test patch in that bug.

Meaning this...

The icons are installed in the zip, but the 26x26 px version don't load in the GUI Confused

Actually, I find lc_grafgreen.png, lc_grafblue.png, and lc_grafred.png to be quite clear in their meaning as they are..

Your replacements are more 'design' and work well, but I am afraid that you would not get the meaning if it is displayed in isolation (away from the other ones you put up there). But then again, I don't know if that ever happens in the Neo UI.

Best wishes and thanks again for the hard work and beautiful results,
Oscar

Daniel,

I didn't see any link posted for RetroOfficeAquaElements.dmg. IIRC, in the intro.bmp/intro.psd files, the phrase "2003-2007 Planamesa Inc." needs to be changed to "2003-2008 Planamesa Inc."

This update includes all my recent contributions towards the Akua complete set.

One question: are your recent contributions also included in Armando's latest Akua icon download? If not, they need to be as the build will use whatever is in Armando's download if there is any duplication.
